In collaboration with 180 Degrees Consulting Kamla Nehru College, the team conducted extensive primary and secondary research to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. Primary research included 600+ interviews with delivery partners, ride-hailing drivers, daily commuters, and two-wheeler owners to uncover rider behaviour, safety concerns, and technology adoption patterns. This was complemented by secondary research on the Indian mobility market, connected vehicle technologies, competitor landscape, and emerging industry trends.
