
PEACEFUL MIND FOUNDATION
Founded in 2016, Peacful Mind Foundation is a New Delhi based global organization registered with the United Nation (U.N.) Global Compact. They aim to make psychology a household term, ensures and promotes mental well being, psychological health and peace through consistent efforts. Through PMF they make a better Mindscape for tomorrow. From training and workshops, and Global Youth Mental Health Forum to fellowships and Global academy of Psychological services, they have conducted a series of initiatives to work towards establishing mental peace and well being.

INITIATION OF THE PROJECT
Team meetings were held with the client to understand their requirements and customizations.
Brainstorming sessions were organized wherein consultants plugged in their ideas and came up with feasible strategies.

CONTENT SUITABLE FOR TARGET AUDIENCE
Researched and drafted content related to PMF, its functioning, founder, expert panel and mentors and its initiatives Prepared a relevant, brief yet informative bio for PMF's Instagram handle Drafted interesting and creative captions for every post and reel that was posted on PMF's Instagram handle.
INCREASING REACH
Extensive research work was done which included understanding the market and
cause of the organization. Understood the algorithm of various social media
platforms, for increasing the overall reach of the NGO
INTERACTIVE LIVE SESSIONS AND WEBINARS
A webinar was conducted in collaboration with 180 DC, KMC on the topic
"Teenagers' mental health during Covid times" The webinar focused on how to
stay motivated during this tough time and it gave the consultants valuable lessons
to keep moving forward
SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN
Conducted an online campaign for PMF via stories, posts, reels and videos The
campaign was carried out under the title "Embrace Your Emotions" and got a
positive reception A variety of interesting hashtags and creative content
was used that made the campaign a success
COMMUNICATION PITCH DECK
Discovered pain points on PMF's Instagram handle and worked to improve
these aspects. Designed aesthetic colour grids for the official Instagram handle,
making the feed more eye catching and engaging Created posts, story
highlights and reels to generate awareness about PMF as well as mental health
HANDING OVER OF THE PROJECT
After the successful completion of the project, a
concluding meeting was organized with the NGO
wherein they were presented with the deliverables. A brief feedback meeting was conducted post which the
project was handed over to the NGO.
